As I was making this beat, the kick was sounding more and more like when you bounce a basketball ball in the yard. Especially with the reverb on. Because of that, to finish the whole basketball tournament idea, I decided to add an old school keyboard to the mix. Sounded kind of like the 80´s basketball commercials.
