Introducing the Create Centre

With the all-new Create Centre, you can seamlessly create everything from new tracks to coupons in just a few clicks. Whether you're uploading new music or launching a new promotion, the Create Centre simplifies the entire process, saving you valuable time.

Powerful Search Functionality

No more scrolling endlessly to find what you need. Our new Search feature allows you to find anything across your Soundee Studio environment instantly. Simply type in what you’re looking for, and let the search engine do the work. Search for:

• Tracks/Kits/Soundkits by name or collaborator
• Transactions by ID, product names, customer email, or amounts
• Coupons by percentage or fixed discounts
• Abandoned carts by token
• Licenses, bulk deals, and more!

Enhanced Overview Page

We’ve refined the Overview page to give you better insights, faster. Now, you can view three new sections:

• Top Licenses: Check which licenses are bringing in the most profit.
• Top Payment Methods: See what payment methods your customers are using the most.
• Top Sales Referrers: Find out which sites are driving the most sales your way.

Filter & Export Transactions and Leads

Managing your sales and leads has never been easier! You can now filter transactions and captured leads by date and export them to CSV for further analysis.

In-Studio Chat Support

Help is always within reach! Access support articles, tutorials, and more directly within the Soundee Studio environment. Never leave the page when you need assistance—it's right there at your fingertips.

Improved UI/UX

Our UI and UX updates focus on improving the flow and visibility of important data. Here’s what’s new:

• Track Lists, Abandoned Carts, and More: Now with enhanced data visibility like collaborators and abandoned products.
• Transaction Details Page: The new design includes more transaction details like customer addresses, and clickable transaction IDs that redirect to PayPal or Stripe.

Additional Improvements

We’ve made some under-the-hood improvements to make your experience smoother:

• Improved image upload quality for artwork and avatars.
• Async bulk uploads, allowing you to upload more tracks simultaneously.
• Searchable dropdown menus—quickly find what you need by typing directly into dropdowns.
• An improved Knowledge Base UX/UI for easier navigation and finding answers.
